What is a Maintenance Membership Agreement?
The Maintenance Membership Agreement is regularly scheduled maintenance on your building's heating and air conditioning system. Just like changing the oil in your car, your home's total comfort system does need regular maintenance to keep it operating at peak efficiency and to lower the risk of a crisis failure.

We will come to your building twice a year on a regular schedule to inspect your building's total comfort system. In the Spring/Summer we will inspect the air conditioner, coil, drain and thermostat. In the Fall/Winter we will inspect the furnace/heat pump and thermostat.

What do you get with your Membership Privileges?
*Priority customer status
*Same day service (within 24 hours of your call to us)
*Never an overtime charge!

Why is this a good deal for me?

Statistically it is almost a certainty that you will need a comfort system repair within the next two years. The Maintenance Membership is a wise choice because you save money on your building's total comfort system by being able to better budget maintenance costs, by possibly preventing a crisis and it's unexpected and unplanned costs and by saving money spent on power by having you equipment run at optimum efficiency.
