Viviano also offers an 18-Point Inspection package to cover all basic heating and cooling service needs. Office and home heating and air conditioning equipment along with air quality equipment require annual inspections. The 18-Point Inspection can remedy or call attention to a problem before it starts.
What is a Maintenance Membership Agreement? The Maintenance Membership Agreement is regularly scheduled maintenance on your building's heating and air conditioning system. Just like changing the oil in your car, your home's total comfort system does need regular maintenance to keep it operating at peak efficiency and to lower the risk of a crisis failure.
We will come to your building twice a year on a regular schedule to inspect your building's total comfort system. In the Spring/Summer we will inspect the air conditioner, coil, drain and thermostat. In the Fall/Winter we will inspect the furnace/heat pump and thermostat.
